They spend more on health insurance for employees than they do making coffee My dental benefits are better than my mothers who works in healthcare Beanstock (you are given stocks per year, and can buy at a discount) which help around christmas time Paid vacation disability pay employee discount and mark outs (1lb coffee or tea free per week)

It is impossible to get enough hours to qualify for the package, so it really does not matter how good the package is if no one can qualify for it.

Decent benefits, especially for part-timers. Access to mental health conselling was great, considering working here made some of my mental health issues severely worse.

There is a lot of benefits involved in the benefits package at Starbucks. You have to be at the company for a year in order to qualify for it. You also get a good discount as well as a free drink 30 mins before your shift, during breaks, and 30 mins after shift.
