Best part is the healthcare and free pound of coffee or tea.
Starbucks offers benefits to both part-time and full-time employees - most especially during the pandemic. Starbucks even offers very helpful benefits fo students. This company cares A LOT about their partners.
Even part time workers were eligible for benefits even if it wasn’t as much coverage as those full time. It was still helpful.
Even as a part-time employee you get full benefits! Vision, dental, medical (drugs), and therapy costs as well. The only thing that sucjs is if you don't meet the minimum amount of required hours worked for the month you lose the benefits, until you either add vacation hours retroactively. Or earn the hours for next month.
