‘Employees get discounts and other benefits that support daily lives’
‘You get vacation pay but only certain hours’
‘Training wasn’t enough and is difficult’
Great benefits for all partners
Health welfare such as massage programs
The have great benefit package for all employees, from discounts in store to reducing tuition, and an inclusive benefit package after you've been working a certain amount of time.
Good benefits. Lots of discounts. Getting stock after one year i think. Also mark out every week.
Free pound of coffee a week. Health benefits for part time employees too. The best mental health benefit out there.
Covers basically every thing. From mental health to hearing to dental to just about every thing. Can't go wrong with these benefits
Insurance is really good but pay is not enough for baristas especially during a pandemic
Amazing benefit packages available after 3 months of employment (three to choose from). Best mental health coverage of any employer ever worked for ($5000/year) with access to headspace app and life works for free. The only negative review I have of the benefits is that you have to make sure to reselect your coverage each quarter because it doesn’t automatically carry over.
Very competitive benefits plan with very comprehensive mental health coverage. Benefits to all part-time worker who work 20 hopurs or more and have passed the 90 day probationary period.
There were no benefits. The only thing I got was salary.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
