I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Starbucks in Aug 2008
Interview
Transferring stores was quite easy - I was transferring across country, so went through a new interview process as I had worked with Starbucks for less than three months. It was more of a "be sure she's good for our store" thing. I just sat down and chatted with the manager about my previous experience, and whether I thought I would be a good fit - and I was!

Question 1
How did you act as a leader at your previous store?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

Question 1
What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
