Applied online, as it's the only way you can do it. Got a call back around a week later and had a short interview over the phone right away. Easy questions over the phone, like what are you studying (I was in school at the time) and what makes you want to work at a coffee shop. The manager then asked me to come in for more questions, got hired during that interview.

All the common questions like: name a time you had difficulty with a problem on the job, etc
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
