I applied in-person. I interviewed at Starbucks (Evans, GA) in May 2017
Interview
The hiring manager was very nice and the interview was very casual. I felt like it went extremely well and he even talked to me about when he would schedule me and start my training. He told me he'd call me within a week. I never received a call. It's been 3 months. I had even gone in to follow up a few weeks later and he said he was still going through the hiring process and would call me in two weeks. He never did. I'm fine with not getting the job, but the communication was just terrible. It's a very non-confrontational way to turn somebody down and I don't appreciate that.
Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.
First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to navigate a situation where the supervisor wasn’t available.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
