They ask quite a few questions, my interview was over 30 minutes. A lot of why do you want to work here and the only way to actually get it is to use the STAR method. (Tell me about a time you had conflict with a coworker, tell me about a time you were creative for a deadline, tell me about a time you handled an irate customer, tell me about your work history, etc)

Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Had to do 1 phone interview and 1 in person interview. Basic questions, tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked in a team, how would you describe yourself etc

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
