Interview
I had a telephone interview which lasted an hour. Two months later I was called for a Shell SRD and there was a group exercise, individual case study, a panel interview and a smaller divisional group exercise.

The whole process was smooth and you can record the interview as many times as you want so it was no that hard. They asked why choose shell, What you did when faced challenge
Online video interview and online tests. Competency based questions, 3 mins to answer with 30 secs to prepare. Online tests more challenging than most, 4 minutes to answer 24 questions, all mental maths

Interview
Fairly easy numerical and verbal reasoning tests followed by situational judgement tests which are crucial to progressing. Ensure your behavioural strengths align with Shell's values or you will not progress - this is the only part you will receive feedback on if unsuccessful. Last stage is a recorded video interview consisting of 4-5 questions.
Whole process is not too tough, but considering Shell's main intake is from its interns, you really need to stand out.
