Shell Finance Graduate interview questions

Fairly easy numerical and verbal reasoning tests followed by situational judgement tests which are crucial to progressing. Ensure your behavioural strengths align with Shell's values or you will not progress - this is the only part you will receive feedback on if unsuccessful. Last stage is a recorded video interview consisting of 4-5 questions. Whole process is not too tough, but considering Shell's main intake is from its interns, you really need to stand out.

Online video interview and online tests. Competency based questions, 3 mins to answer with 30 secs to prepare. Online tests more challenging than most, 4 minutes to answer 24 questions, all mental maths
