I applied online. I interviewed at Scotiabank in Dec 2025
Interview
It was a pre-recorded video interview. So have good lighting and no audio disturbance. There were 3 questions which were very direct, and there were about 30 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to answer. You cannot record the same answer twice.
It was an in-person interview. The interview was very mundane. I was only asked behavioral questions. It was mainly a discussion about the wealth management department at Scotia. The interviewer spoke for most of the time.

I was rejected for a position because the job they matched me for (which I did an interview for) did not align with my goals. The campus recruiter is great and friendly though.
