I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2021
Interview
First was a phone interview with recruiter asking basic background questions and later an interview with two interviewers. It was a fair experience over all and at negotiation stage, it was obvious they would not be making an offer as range for the role was below current earning. They were respectful nonetheless, at least no ghosting.

Interview
Very casual. I was more a talk to see if I could be an Account Manager in the next 8-16 months. Usually we have a financial analysis case, but it was skipped.
