Interview
Phone interview went well, the in-person interview was with a Canadian lady, she was great and she was asking behavioral questions, but there were two young boy and girl in their mid twenties, they were asking about the exact syntax for implementing a restful method in a spring rest controller. they were really annoying and were clearly trying to make it difficult. instead of asking questions about problem solving abilities they were focusing on syntax!
in two places I have worked so far, TD and Telus, the interviewers were mature and focusing on the software development abilities.
