Round 1 was a standard phone interview where they went over your resume and tried to learn more about you, but they also did ask technical questions that were essentially dictionary definitions rather than conceptual/brain stumping ones. Some of the questions were hard in the sense that you could ramble on in details for a never ending amount of time, so it was hard to tell what the employer was expecting.
