Pros

Cons
Very political and cannot express much opinions on decisions
Always getting compensated at inflation rate if lucky. You either get a title promotion or salary raise but usually not both at the same time. Not much transparency from upper managements and negative feedback are not respected very well from upper management.
Always getting paid lesser for working more.
Advice to Management
Show trust and transparency.
Reward accordingly, don't fear fellow employees of achieving higher title than you do.

Pros
Fun team
If you luck into the right territory you can make a lot of money, but it's territory based, not skill/will.
Cons
Don't expect to receive a territory or quota until at least March every year.
No growth opportunities outside of Canada.
Pay below market rates.
Commercial sales senior leaders cannot be trusted at their word.
Less than 20% of reps are expected to hit their number each year.
We had 20+ sales ppl leave in 2018, with only 1 new hire.
Advice to Management
Our Sales Operations team is embarrassing - telling them to "be the best" doesn't mean they're actually the best.
Sr Leaders in commercial sales are openly mocked and laughed at.
