  • Congratulations to the SAP Extreme Sailing Team on ending 2017 with a big win at the Extreme Sailing Series in Los Cabos! Catch how SAP sailing analytics plays a key role in their success:

Corporate Sponsorships Reimagined: Extreme Sailing Series™

Over the last three years, our boats have tripled in speed. Imagine facing a 600 kmph tennis serve. Or a Formula One car racing at 900 kmph. The way we see it, Extreme Sailing Series™ competitors have two goals. The first one is obvious and is an objective that all professional athletes share: win.

  • We are proud to announce that SAP has been honored as the best place to work in Canada on Glassdoor's 2018 Best Places to Work list! Unlike other workplace awards, the Employees’ Choice Awards are based entirely on employee feedback shared on Glassdoor. We are humbled by this recognition and want to give a HUGE thank you to all of the SAP employees who posted a review.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at SAP full-time (More than 10 years)

    - The offices and amenities are great! Lots to do to relax and refresh and a variety of different places to collaborate around the office - standing, sitting, lounging or playing foos.
    - Opportunity for constant learning. SAP is transforming while helping our customers transform. It's exciting to learn on the go and to share that knowledge with our customers.
    - Great perks! Lunch on Us, monthly celebrations with cake, commuter subsidies, profit-sharing programs...and more!
    - Community-minded. Lots of impact locally in the cities we operate in Canada through volunteering, sponsorships. Real heart.

It is a big company, so there is complexity that can slow things down and be frustrating but the good far outweighs the frustration! Time zone can be an issue, but it also can be a benefit as we can finish work early if we start early.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work in putting Canada on the map inside of SAP and in our local communities. We do want to work for a company that cares and has an impact where we live.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SAP (Mougins (France)) in November-2017.
