At SAP, we are always looking for ways to do our part and make people’s lives better. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) focuses on three main areas:

  2. Scaling Social Enterprises
  3. Education & Workforce development

From our annual volunteer events, to individual hands-on help or business coaching and support, SAP employees contribute their time and talents in a variety of ways to support social organizations in their communities and globally.

We support the accelerated growth of social enterprises that approach the world’s most pressing societal challenges with innovative business models.     I have been working at SAP full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    - The offices and amenities are great! Lots to do to relax and refresh and a variety of different places to collaborate around the office - standing, sitting, lounging or playing foos.
    - Opportunity for constant learning. SAP is transforming while helping our customers transform. It's exciting to learn on the go and to share that knowledge with our customers.
    - Great perks! Lunch on Us, monthly celebrations with cake, commuter subsidies, profit-sharing programs...and more!
    - Community-minded. Lots of impact locally in the cities we operate in Canada through volunteering, sponsorships. Real heart.

    Cons

    It is a big company, so there is complexity that can slow things down and be frustrating but the good far outweighs the frustration! Time zone can be an issue, but it also can be a benefit as we can finish work early if we start early.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work in putting Canada on the map inside of SAP and in our local communities. We do want to work for a company that cares and has an impact where we live.
