The employee gets 3 weeks (15 days) of vacation when starting . This becomes 4 weeks (20 days) on the 3rd year, and 5 weeks (25 days) on the 5th year. Furthermore, there is an option to carry over a maximum of 5 unused vacation days to the next year.
