Great vacation, employee stock purchase plan- and it helps that the stock has been doing well - a cool Appreciate program, good bonuses. Cool Lunch on Us card that covers your lunch or coffee at restaurants around the office.
The health/life insurance is good, free lunch
Personally I suffered and injury and was on long service leave for almost one year. I was well supported through the medical and financial benefits, as well as through management and my colleagues. I was able to focus on my recovery and without the pressure of having to rush back to work. I was already a happy employee but this only increased my trust and loyalty to SAP.
