Great benefits including a lunch card, commuter reimbursement, stock bonus option, regular bonus, coffee, subsidized food and beverage and lunch at marketplace downstairs.
Management are not held accountable for team performance. Work-life is often repeated as a mantra but not successfully implemented. In other words, it's just rhetorics.
Overall decent package, but some things might be better, e.g. benefits for Canada Commute program or Lunch On Us haven't changed for years despite inflation
The best thing of the package is it covers widely about different ways of treatment/usage. However you may not use them all every year since the categories are so many.
No extended health benefits for contractors and no paid vacation. They give you two weeks per week and it is unpaid. If you want to take more you need manager's approval. You can pay into extended health through their preferred third-party provider but even then they aren't great. Would suggest that contractors in this position find their own benefits package.
1) Free Lunch 2) work from Home 3) RPP matching 4) Medical insurance 5) Competitive Bonus
great medical and dental, extended benefits. and depending on location there are other perks too like access to gyms, and lunch on us cards.
There is nothing bad about the benefits packages at SAP
SAP Canada provides a lot of employee benefits like Lunch, Health Care, Shares, Transport allowance, free parking for bicycles etc
Dental plan's maximal limit is lower, and usually reach the limit at middle of the year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
