- Just display leadership without being overbearing but through collaboration and hearing out others, and still able to steer the direction of the group decision to where you think it should go.
- Assessed by how well you can work in a team because collaboration is huge in a Sales role at SAP
3. Interview with MD and Regional SAP Academy Sales Lead

Very quick, just need days between stages, but they have multiple stages, spanning for 5 to 6 months.

First round is super basic interview screen, general questions, great recruiter.
Second is a 1:1 with a former graduate who currently is a MM/ENT AE, where they ask a lot about you and who you are more so than your sales process / experience.
Third is the all day affair. Case study on Zoom, a few 1:1's. Offer came via call from recruiter about 10 days after that.

Efficient and concise. Recruiter ask various scenarios questions to understand candidate's answers and reasoning. Apart from that, recruiter also went thoroughly with all the important key points of job description ad answer any questions.
