Ich habe mich über die Firmenwebsite beworben und wurde zu einem Gespräch über Microsoft Teams eingeladen. Das Interview verlief reibungslos, professionell und in einer freundlichen Atmosphäre. Der Interviewer teilte mir mit, dass ich innerhalb einer Woche eine Rückmeldung erhalten würde. Leider habe ich danach keine Antwort mehr bekommen, nicht einmal eine Absage per E-Mail. Schließlich habe ich in meinem Bewerbungsportal gesehen, dass ich abgelehnt wurde. Auch wenn das Interview selbst positiv war, war die fehlende Kommunikation im Anschluss enttäuschend.

Interview
The whole process took place in 5 interviews for around one month:
First interview - short phone call with really basic technical questions
Second interview - 20 minutes HR meeting
Third interview - 30 minutes technical meeting with senior dev asking tricky questions to see your thinking, questions about the team and company expectations, company questions on what the project is for
Forth interview - 1 hour and 30 minutes techincal meeting with 3 people that has the goal to exhaust all your knowledge on different questions
Fifth interview - Didn't happen for me but i was told it will be about job specifics and salary

Question 1
OOP, Basic Java, Algorithms & Data Structures, Data types, RDBMS, Frameworks (in my case Spring), Project and Git Architecture, Clean code, Dev Task, Concurrency
It was a long process . You should know really good the programming algorithms and basis, which of course is important to start working as a developer. You should make difference between the programming languages.
