Rigged. Basically the majority of kids picked have parents already working there or some inside connection. The interview process is unique in it's approach to try to look at the way people interact in a group, as opposed to looking at the candidates credentials. While this is a refreshing approach, it's problematic as it encourages people to act over-zealous and try to steal the spotlight all day.
Some girl that did little-to-no participation in my group got picked over others that actually tried to give a conscious effort and be respectful about it.
It's all rigged. Try your best, but don't be disappointed if they pick some kid who would seem like an obvious dud. And don't expect the culture to be any different than Oracle, even though they put on an act like it is.
