first there was a screening based on the GPA. i think the criteria was greater than or equal to 7. and there was a test which consist of some basic tech questions as well as general aptitude questions. it was not too tough. after that 20 or more are selected for interviews. in that technical interview they asked some technical questions and i replied satisfactorily. but they not considered me to the HR interview. i think its because of my lack of communication and/or the gap between my studies
