      Interview

The interview process consists of preliminary online test conducted at our campus and they shortlisted 10 candidates out of 150 which were called at a week later at the campus for the interviews. There were 3 rounds all being elimination rounds,2 technical and finally HR. The whole process took around 8 hours and the interviewers were very much experienced(more than 10 years). All the panel's were technically sound. They were testing from the scratch to the alchemist, covering all the subjects from the BTech involving technical puzzles, coding skills and projects. The HR was more focussed on mental strength and was trying to test your perseverance. At the end they selected 2 students including me.
