Interview
I was very impressed with the professionalism of the interview process — overall it was a very positive experience. The only red flag for me is that the hiring manager changed the agreement we initially made at the offer stage, and the recruiter suddenly called me to communicate that. I understand it’s a huge organization and processes can work this way, but it still didn’t feel great.

first there is an interview with HR, and then a bootcamp with group activities that where hold in presence in their office. At the end they decided based on these two meetings

Tell me about a challenge that you had and how have you managed it
Quite basic, three interviews, one case interview and assessment centre. It was a long process and they start their cycle slower than everyone else. That being said the interview process is not stressful and allows to be yourself
