This was the interview process for Primerica in Odessa Texas. I met the employee for the interview at McDonald's, watched a PowerPoint for 3 hours without understanding what the job was until our three. The end of the interview is where I couldn't continue, they explained the real goal for the company and you as an employee. He literally said they pray on sick people and the more life insurance policies you sell the richer you get.

The interview was held over a zoom call, it was quick and easy. But also very informative as well. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and I watched a presentation as well as answering questions.

Person that does interview is nice. The process went fast. I received information given after accepting job I think that it should be known upfront. Not happy with my experience.
Two interviews through zoom. First one is informational, second is normal interview. Interviewer was very informative and understanding. They look for someone how wants flexibility in their schedule. You pay $99 for 6 certifications, that are yours to keep.
