LLQP certification course instructors are solid, and their resources for passing the official provincial exam was very useful. I passed on my first attempt. I had a finance background, but no experience in insurance, but this can apply to people wanting to change careers or test a new industry as well

No base salary, so not for everyone. You run your own business as an agent rather than having a wage, so there can be business expenses if you decide to invest in expanding. Similar to any agency and brokerage (real estate, law firm etc). Know what to expect. I personally have no issue working here part time, but that's a personal career choice
