A one-way video interview. There were very easy questions; however, the interview format is more difficult than the typical one-on-one format. There were 2 attempts and unlimited time to think.

First Resume review, then online video submission. Then, interview set up thru school coordinator. Interviewed by to friendly people. They made you feel welcome and relaxed. Overall a positive experience
