Every year, PCL will provide you with an amount of pre-tax flex credits to buy your group benefits. You will spend these flex credits together with payroll deductions to purchase your benefits coverage.
PCL benefits are probably the best I've ever seen in my career thus far. The medical and dental are flex benefits and there are other additions that PCL offers to help supplement the costs, which are not expensive to begin with. PCL has a compensation model that is second to none and the culture helps to support it.

Great health coverage and pension matching. Pension matching up to 5% if salary. Vacation is good, starting at 3 weeks initially increasing to 4 weeks after 9 years.
