Interview
After having applied for this position, I received an automatic email asking to make an online interview alone, by my side. I had to answer 7 questions and to record myself (video). It was a bit awkward but I was really excited about the position so I did my best. After the records, it is not ended yet! You have to complete online logic and personality tests. Globally, it took me 45 minutes. I never received any feedback from Holcim which is a pity, especially when you ask those time-consuming exercises. It is a lack of respect for the candidate to be ghosted, especially after all this time I've spent.InterviewIntroduce yourself and why you decided to apply for this role + concrete real-life situations
