I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle in Nov 2012
Interview
Started with an initial phone interview with an in-house recruiter. Quickly moved to an interesting in-person interview where they had a group of about 6 candidates spend roughly 45 minutes with different hiring managers, not necessarily the one you were aiming for. After I made it past the initial rounds, I had another 1:1 with the hiring manager again. I the spent time with each member of the team, individually followed by a last interview with the regional VP. All told it was about 60 days from the first interview to offer letter and I spoke/met with about 8 different people. It was the best hiring process I've been through.
Very straightforward. Looking to find out about my sales process, discuss past deals, product knowledge, etc. I met with five people over a series of a couple of weeks. Note - the offer written took a look time for me to receive.

Question 1
Tell me about your sales process; take me through a specific deal cycle. How did you approach the account and what was the outcome?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle
Interview
Robust interview process. Spoke to multiple managers and had to pitch them and go through lots of Q&A. Pretty standard but efficient. Otherwise the interview process consisted of just a lot of résumé questions.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Oracle (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was straight forward. Recruiter reached out to me to set up initial call. Next step was a call with the hiring manager. After that it was an onsite interview/presentation with SVP, DM and SC Manager.
