OpenText Princiapl Software Engineer interview questions

Worst interview. These guys don't know how to do interview also and don't know what to be asked and what to be checked in an interview. Interviwed about same topic for around 2 Hrs. Does that mean, they work on only that concept or do they don't need people knowing other concepts? I asked at last that, do you guys use this concept for your applications? Answer was no. Interviewr asking for compilable code to be written on paper that too from 10+ yrs exp guy. Which era you are living in? If you really want to sense the tech knowledge ask proper questions. Please have interview panel properly trained and let them know how to take interview. an don't waste candicates time. I clearly understood by interviewer skills that company has what kind of people. Guys, don't even try to go here, all junk.
