‘offer 15 paid vacation for an entry-level employee’
‘Very good policy in place. Just one of the best.’
‘Support Work from home ’
Many choices for health insurance depending on how much coverage you want
Best thing is an additional week of vacation (Xmas closure). Needs improvement..vacation starts at 3 weeks and expands to 4 weeks, over the course of 4-5 years of employment.
Normal benefits package for company of this size.
15% discount on stock up to 2% of salary, 15 days off, health insurance, basic perks
As a contractor, only medical insurance is offered
RRSP matching program is first rate, very good medical benefits that coversn 100% of mist prescriptions, corporate discounts at various local and national vendors.
Mediocre benefits unless you were sr mgmt
Benefits are okay! the keep promising more though.
They offer an average extended health plan in my opinion. Most things are covered at 90% or above. $320 for annual gym membership so the Richmond Hill office has nothing (also no gyms nearby) and $3000 for tuition/conferences. The insurance is through Manulife - $1000 for Physiotherapy - you pay nothing extra. But $500 for Massage and you need to submit a doctor's note. Also, shoes and orthopedics are not really covered.. the yearly maximum is $200. The process to obtain this is a pain!
Benefits package was absolutely great. Really wouldn't complain too much.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
