I applied through university. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at OpenText (Bangalore Rural) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was an On-campus drive. OpenText visited our campus with a seminar presentation. After the presentation interview rounds were started. There are three rounds
1. Aptitude
2. Coding round
3. HR Interview
In the first round, the aptitude questions were easy. The coding round is medium, they asked the questions from arrays and strings. The first round and round happened on the same day [December 2022]. I have been selected. After that, there is no reply from the company. After a long time, the HR interview call came [September 2023]. I have been selected in the HR round and they told me they will onboard me soon, but there is no information about onboarding [6 months]. After 6 months they told us we were having a Technical interview. In that, I have got rejected.
If you are attending OpenText On-campus don't depend on that itself try to attend other companies and get an offer. Nowadays OpenText is hiring only for Internships not for Fulltime roles. The conversion ratio is very low.
