OpenText Customer Support Representative interview questions

First, 30mins interview with the recruiter. She was pleasant. Asked general questions about my experience and explained the role in detail. In 2days, had interview with two people. They asked customer service related questions and no technical question. The interview was easy! I followed up twice within two weeks with no response. After three weeks, got an email they took someone else.
