Initial interview has 3 online test of 20 mins, 90 mins and 190 mins each, and nowhere they feel its important to mention the time of the tests,
The technical round is more of an interrogation round, the interviewer does not introduces or asks an introduction, doesn't asks the experience as well. and uses rude words if you get wrong.
