Pros

Great work culture with a flat hierarchy where your voice is heard regardless of designation. The flexible working hours and robust work-from-life policy offer excellent work-life balance. Ample opportunities to work on modern tech stacks and upskill through internal training programs. They also know how to balance time for employee as well.

Cons

The appraisal process can sometimes feel slow or lack transparency regarding promotion timelines. Bench periods between projects can occasionally be prolonged, and cross-project transitions could be managed more efficiently. But keep trying is only solution , meanwhile they offer very good trainings for upskilling. - Compensation increments during appraisal cycles can be underwhelming compared to the market,
