Interview
Got a phone interview after 4 weeks I applied. It was just background check and general hr questions. On-site interviewed was scheduled next week. Consisted of 3 parts. First interviewed by 2 developers of a team. Ask your background and lots of situation questions. Second part was with a manager who mainly focused on your personality, the fit to company's culture. Last part was with HR who wrapped up the interview process and discuss the next step. Was told the decision would be taken in 1 week. But never heard back. I had to follow-up and was told they were still interviewing. After another 2 weeks, I followed up again and got replied with no offer. Very unprofessional and negative experience.
