    We have taken steps to support the health and wellbeing of current and potential employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our interview process is now hosted virtually and we have expanded to work from home solutions. We have virtually onboarded over one hundred new employees and are striving to hire many more talented individuals. We look forward to speaking with you!

    We have now produced over 800 #covid19 face shields at our Montreal facility! Our partner, Protection Collective, directly distributes the masks to health care workers and elder care facilities with urgent needs. We are excited to have some happy customers!

    I applied online. I interviewed at MDA (Toronto, ON).


    L'entretien a duré en tout 4 heures, dont 3h d'entretien technique.
    L'échange avec l'ingénieur était fort intéressant mais la dernière partie avec le service RH était plus que traumatisante: la dame n'avait aucun respect pour moi et a juste dénigré mon profil, pourtant valorisé par l'ingénieur.
    Pour le volet technique, il n'y avait pas vraiment de questions pièges.
