    I have been working at MDA full-time (More than a year)


    Exceptional people. Interesting work. The culture at MDA is improving and there is a lot of great change happening. I've been well supported there and have a great time working with my colleagues. There is a good amount of staff appreciation events which I enjoy. Lots of positive executive management change (MDA) which is bringing new life to the org. MAXAR is bringing exciting new energy too!


    Tools and technology are improving but the security controls have for a long time stifled the use of technologies like Slack, etc. The building is a little retro and so is the furniture but it's hardly a con. There isn't the best food options location wise.

    Advice to Management

    Keep finding innovative ways to support the workforce and work hard to retain and attract the stellar people at the company. Competition is and will continue to be fierce for talent and we need to up our game to prosper and grow.

    I applied online. I interviewed at MDA (Toronto, ON).


    L'entretien a duré en tout 4 heures, dont 3h d'entretien technique.
    L'échange avec l'ingénieur était fort intéressant mais la dernière partie avec le service RH était plus que traumatisante: la dame n'avait aucun respect pour moi et a juste dénigré mon profil, pourtant valorisé par l'ingénieur.
    Pour le volet technique, il n'y avait pas vraiment de questions pièges.
