‘Very flexible and understanding, accumulates quick with flex time.’
‘Basic life insurance. Extra insurance is provided if you travel.’
‘Fairly flexible sick leave options. Could work from home.’
Good health care and pension, seems to be better than industry average for the location. Solid company to work for.
pretty good benefits in general
Dental and prescription drugs at 100%
Benefits are average, vacation is more than the minimum, so that is great.
Fairly comprehensive, comparable to other high tech businesses in Canada. Lacking with respect to some extended health benefits where coverage across all benefits (massage, physio, psychologies, chiropractors, etc) is limited to a cumulative total of $500 per year. The RRSP contribution matching program is nice (in lieu of any other kind of formal pension or retirement program). Side effect of Canadian privatization is that we lost our Employee Share Purchas Plan (ESPP) so no longer a way for employees to participate in equity.
Great package, good benefits, great people
Good health coverage, dental to 80% on almost everything
It does not provide bonus.
Good benefits. Insurance paid 100% by employer.
Drug coverage is fantastic. Not much else beyond that.
