Initial outreach by the recruiting team via email followed by telephonic interviews, followed by an onsite that lasted around 4 hours with various team members. Onsite interview included a project to work on for a presentation to the team. A follow-up final call was scheduled followed by final feedback on the process within two weeks after the onsite. The recruiting team as well as the interview team were exceptional, respectful, kind and smart. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of them and thought the entire experience was one for the books compared to other interview processes experiences across the various companies/agencies I've interviewed with in the past.
