      Several stages of interviews studying personal traits, English proficiency and compatibility with the existing team. Some psychology tests included. Tasks include searching for answers in the company's Help Center. Overall, relatively easy.

      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Mar 2023

      Interview

      Was referred by an agency, and was offered an initial phone conversation, however the person didn't phone/show for conversation. Was told it didn't matter and progressed to assessment which was fine and handled in a timely manner. A lot of technical questions for a supposedly customer service based job. Progressed to interview and was told last minute that one of the interviewers was sick, which happens but it was so last minute it felt like an oversight. Rescheduled interview which was hard as the availability was not super great, and I work a full time job at the minute. Eventually got to the interview and I was expecting a normal zoom type interview but I seemed to be on a big screen which I was not expecting and it made me unwell (I have anxiety around my appearance). Communicated to two different members of the hiring team if there were reasonable adjustments that could be made, but didn't even get a reply from either of them. I understand that sometimes it's unavoidable that things happen or things aren't possible but more communication would have been better. It seemed as though they wanted to get in contact when it suited them, but when I needed something it was hard. I have also seen three different adverts for the same positions saying different salaries. Overall, does not seem like an organized and communicative company.
