Received an email thanking me for my application for the role. Received invite to join video interview from the recruiter / talent partner. Confirmed this. Easy interview process. A friendly and efficient recruiter. On time.

Great experience, super organized and friendly. Also, communication was great from the recruiting team so as to keep the candidate informed. The company is very flexible and accommodating. The interviews are not super formal and the aim is to get to know the candidate and explain the company and expectations.

It was good. I was surprised that there were 3 rounds, but I think this also gave me the opportunity to meet more people and to be sure I really wanted this job. I was very nervous to find out if I got the job or not, the 1,5 week I waited for the answer felt like the longest ever, but I was very happy I got the job.

My first interview was with Marty, he made me feel comfortable and even gave me feedback about how I answered the questions. Next I met with Patrick and Ritta and I felt very comfortable spending 45mins with them going through my work history and answering all their questions. My last interview was with Ritta and Jackson and was in the form of a role play, it went well and they gave some great feedback. Everyone I spoke to was professional and lovely to deal with.

Very quick and easy interview process. It was a pleasure speaking with everyone involved in the hiring process from the talent acquisition team all the way to the department's manager.

One of the best experiences I have had in 20 years in the Recruitment / HR sector. Great personal touch from all involved in the 3 stage interview process and the speed and efficiency of all was refreshing. There was no long waiting times between each stage and my input felt valued at all times.

Seamless Interview process where HR was with me every step of the way. I had an initial HR interview and three follow up interviews with team members. The whole process took about two weeks and was the least stressful interview process I have been apart of.

Long, confusing, opaque, and not as initially advertised by HR. Scheduling was off, communication scattered. Sensed the hiring team to be amateurish and sloppy. The sense is also that the team is operating within a chaotic and unstructured environment which can lead to over-work. Was told by a member of the hiring team that it’s not unusual for them to put their kids to sleep and log back in to finish work. My internal reaction? If you manage workload, prioritize effectively, and work in a well organized environment, you shouldn’t need to do that on a regular basis. Please stop glorifying a lack of work life balance in the legal profession. It’s really not a good look. Had every intention of declining further interviews or an offer after I was told at the 4th interview that there were still 4 candidates in running and that there may be 2 additional interviews. Overall, the experience made me realize how good I have it in my current organization!
