I had an email sent to arrange an informal chat with a Talent Scout from Lightspeed, I chose a time and date, and she gave me a call, where she found out a bit more about me to see if I was suitable for the role,. She gave me a lot of information and answered all the questions I had about it. After speaking to her I felt even more that the company would be a great opportunity for me. She let me know that I was successful for the next round and sent me an audio file that I answered questions on and also, I set up a retail demo on the product, to perform some instructions given to see how I navigated the website. On completing that session, I was sent an interview which I chose the date for and was emailed an invitation to meet with a Team leader and a Support Manager, who were very friendly and knowledgeable. In this interview they asked me some questions about my previous experience and also some unique questions and scenarios.
