      Interview

      I applied for the Support Specialist position in the middle of November, the process took less than 2 weeks. There are a couple of steps for the interview, but it moved VERY quickly. It was a very nice experience being able to move through every step and knowing what to expect. The steps were: 1. Phone chat with the recruiter (very casual interview learning about your work experience and career goals) 2. Online timed Assessment, which gives you a typical scenario for this position. They want to see how you interact with the customer 3. Video interview with 2 managers. They want to know about your work history and some general interview questions. Very relaxed as well. 4. Got an email from the original recruiter to schedule a quick call and got a verbal offer! :) Emilie was my recruiter and she was amazing and responsive through the whole process. It was a great Christmas gift!

      The interview process went really fast. It entailed a phone interview over the basics and an online test regarding customer service and technical skills. And a final interview round with the department team leads. It was a very nice atmosphere, and I felt welcome, and the questions asked felt natural for the job.
