The process was straightforward. Everything was transparent throughout the process and I'l like to thank the recruiter Alan for being in the corner in the hiring journey.
For each round, I received briefs and guides on how to prepare. Overall, the process took 2 weeks. I didn't get the job, but received a detailed feedback in an online session.

Interview
The interview process was 4 stages, and took about 2–3 weeks total:
1. Screening interview with recruiter (took about 30 min). We discussed my interest in company and in the position.
2. Team Call with Design Manager and Design Head (took about 60 min) –discuss my experience, case study, research and problem solving approaches.
3. Design Exercise/Home Task
4. Home Task Call - Deep dive on design decisions, where I presented the designs for the home task.

There were questions regarding case study I have presented, regarding research, stakeholder management and problem definitions. Most interesting question were about decisions I've made and my argumentation of them.

Interview
I recently wrapped up an interview process with Lightspeed, and it was a truly positive experience. The entire journey was well-organised, with clear structure and a reasonable number of interview steps.
Great communication. The team was friendly, professional, and transparent. I appreciated receiving timely feedback at every stage, which made the process smooth and stress-free.
The test task was challenging but interesting, giving me space to dive deep, think critically, and show my problem-solving approach.
Overall, it was a great example of what a thoughtful and respectful hiring process looks like.
