Interview
The interview process started with an on campus interview where I was asked, personality questions, light technical questions, and questions about JP Morgan Chase.
About a month after the on campus interview was the super day at the JP Morgan office. This consisted of 1 “technical” one on one interview, 1 “personality” one on one interview, and one “presentation” interview with 2 managers. It was extremely relaxed and very little pressure in the interviews. For the presentation, they just want you to talk to the manager for 10 to 15 minutes about a topic of your choice. They really just want to know you can put together and give a decent presentation. Be confident, clear, and know your facts. You cannot use PowerPoint or formal presentation materials. They just want you to talk and if you need a visual, they have a white board or flip chart to use.
Less than a week after the super day interview, I was called with an offer. They sent an e-mail with a link to their HR site to accept the offer.

What does JP Morgan Chase do? What do they do in this area?
Went through multiple interviews and did receive a response. Managers who did the interview did not know the day to day work of the position. Most of the interview was people skills.
1st Phone Screening with HR, then a virtual Interview with the hiring manager, next I had a 2nd Virtual Interviews with the hiring managers supervisor. Once done with the interviewing process, I rendered my references and was submitted for a Drug screening.

Interview
Few rounds of interviews but decent speed in getting the offer extended. One round on finance and one round on systems and BA skills. Also one round of HR. Personally I enjoyed the interview process and learnt a few new things.
