Recently just accepted an offer at Chase as a relationship banker II , my base is 55k with $1500 monthly incentive for the first year. I have 2 years of experience as a Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley but I’m not licensed. I have 3 years of experience as a business development manager at small family business as well. Currently right now I’m getting my SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 with JP Morgan . Should I be looking for better opportunities with my experience ?
All is good about the benefits
The best thing was that the health coverage and the dental coverage was pretty good and they covered most of the medicines not covered by other companies. The worst thing was they did not cover CPA fees
Low glasses coverage per year. Max coverage (90%) expensive and locked in for 2 yrs
group health, drug, dental, retirement savings, the usual that you would expect from a professional employer.
Good technology used in this company. Good compensation comparing to other local companies. Good people to work with.
Exempt employees are immediately bonus eligible and get four week's paid vacation.
