    Lots of red tape, not much room to innovate unless you are at the Executive Director level+

    The management is not professional. Promotes based on favorites not on work performance.

    Advice to Management

    Toronto Lockbox needs upper management to come to Canada and open there eyes as to what is actually going on in the dept. Also take a look at how many long employees that have been with JP for 10+ years have left this past year??? Open your eyes.

    I love this brand , I know my vision . To work for this company is my passion and my deduction

    Cons

    You should know how to deal with your clints and deal with your working partners your IPR should be too clear and honest for every one and for your company otherwise can’t do the things and work over there and never criticise about anyone just focus your target only .

    Advice to Management

    Don’t follow the ideas from books , just done the things on the spot learn IPR with costumes
    Read the brain of Clint wash the brain done your deal by hook and cork .
