      HR Global Mobility Representative Interview

      May 12, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Quezon City, National Capital Region
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in May 2015

      Interview

It takes a couple of days before they contact you, upon submission of CV. Typical interview with HR Generalist, then with your possible team manager. They ask general questions. For those who are interested in applying for the global mobility team, it would be great if one could know how many global assignees does each representative handles. It can be too many! The interview was okay. I was somehow nervous because I was still a fresh grad at that time. They seem to base it more on what you have on your CV as well. I find the interview rather long, compared to other multinational companies in quezon city.
