I applied online. I interviewed at Hydro One (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2022
Interview
Applied three times, the same job keeps getting posted every two months. Finally landed an interview directly with the hiring team. They ask a lot of questions, mostly very open ended. They all seemed very nice during the interview, no follow up after whatsoever. Emailed the recruiter two times for an update. No answer to the first follow up, the second follow up email sent two weeks later they said they haven’t made a decision. After about a month they sent a vague response saying they hired someone else. When I asked for a more detailed explanation they said some none sense about personality fit for the role. I would expect better from a reputable organization. Seems like they need to get their act together and figure out what they’re actually doing instead of posting jobs over and over and not hiring anyone. Completely absurd and ridiculous.
