I did a phone interview then an in-person interview with a group of 4 people (Sr. designer, other designers, and I think the Art/Creative designer). I found the phone interview quite pleasant but the group interview to be really intimidating with all the people in the room listening to me. I ended up being offered the position even though I thought I botched the interview & stumbled on questions (I was quite nervous). I accepted the position but a few days later offered another job at a different company (which was more aligned with my career goals). So I turned down the Hootsuite offer.
