‘4 weeks vacation is given to all employees. ’
‘In some positions they're flexible in this sense. In ales they're not at all. ’
Excellent vacation policy, employees' well-being is considered in HR policies, very competitive benefits.
In 2021, Hootsuite has made a big investment to support our employee's health and wellness.
Benefits were revamped in 2020/2021 to include more comprehensive health benefits, as well as extra perks like Friday afternoons off in the summer, an entire extra paid week of vacation, flexible extended coverage, RRSP matching, and remote working.
The total rewards benefit package at Hootsuite was comprehensive.

I used to pay $99 a year for Hootsuite all of the sudden they auto billed me $588 for the same pro plan. They sent me an email stating I was getting a lot of features they had upgraded through the years and had to raise the price. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find another source to use instead of Hootsuite? Are they fair in pricing?
The new north american benefits package allows for a focus on mental health and wellness that is above and beyond. Very much appreciate the commitment to employee health.
Hootsuite offers a very generous extended coverage plan with up to $3000 yearly for therapy. They finally added RRSP matching contributions. And they offer a lot of time off with wellness week and Owly Friday (every Friday afternoon off one quarter a year)
Flexible package (can choose your level of coverage) with generous mental health benefits and good dental.
Hootsuite switched to a more flexible health plan that includes RRSP matching, 3 options for benefits to choose from, and a pretty good plan overall.
Excellent benefits, always growing and improving!
Lots of great perks and benefits. They offer comprehensive packages that were suitable for a company of its size. I am not sure if it has changed since 2017 but when I was there, it was great.
