Interview
Met with the CEO, CTO, and Director of Operations during concurrent interviews, then I was invited to meet the rest of the team on the sales, operations, and technical side to get a feel for what it would be like to work their. After that I was presented with an offer letter very quickly with a very competitive salary and benefits. I started a short while later where I was provided with all of my office equipment and a cell phone that I can use as my personal phone so that was an added benefit.

Interview
Was very simple and limited to three interviews (which was good). Since I was referred to HighVail by someone, I went in as a known individual and avoided a lot of the background discussion. I was interviewed by members of the management team and was not cumbersome in any way. From my experience, HighVail has had the most success in hiring via referrals.
