So, i handed my CV in store, in person and i got a call a couple of hours later that there is an interview the same week, which i was over the moon with . It was a group interview, where we had to do group activities together. For example, they gave us cards which had a description of a customer and an event they were going to and we had to create an outfit, using magazines. After, we had to present our outfit ideas to the whole group. The interview lasted 2 hours or so and a week later i got a phone call saying that i got the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
